Provident is a Sydney-based project management firm that specialises in large, high-value developments across Australia. Having been in business for over 15 years, their old website had fallen behind their reputation and did not reflect their position in market. Provident worked with R3 to close this gap and engaged R3 to rebuild their website in a way that could accurately portray their deep expertise and position in market.

The opportunity

The priority was to ensure that the site acted as a consistent branded touchpoint that was credible and fit for purpose. This meant a platform that presented their capability with confidence, showcased major projects, and supported future growth - with the ability to add new pages and content as services expanded and needs evolved. Just as importantly, the site needed to be easy to manage internally, without reliance on ongoing external support for day-to-day updates.

The approach

R3 worked closely with Provident in a highly supportive and consultative way. From the outset, time was taken to understand the nature of Provident’s work, how they engage with clients, and what they needed to convey to their clients. Rather than imposing a rigid process, R3 provided guidance and advice throughout, helping translate requirements into practical solutions. Subtle refinements were made to the brand visual identity for application digitally, including colour palette and typography, ensuring the brand worked effectively across digital formats.

Delivery and implementation

The new Provident website was delivered as a modern, image-led platform designed to showcase experience, capability and scale. Built within a robust content management system, the site was structured to support future growth, allowing new projects, insights and services to be added over time without compromising performance or design integrity. Dynamic visuals such as a lead video showcasing their projects allowed audiences to connect with their services in a visual way. R3’s technical expertise ensured the site was not only visually polished, but also practical and future-proof. Careful attention was given to structure, usability and content management, ensuring the platform could evolve alongside the business.

A key part of the delivery was knowledge transfer. R3 provided a comprehensive handover and training workshop, equipping the Provident team with the confidence and skills to manage content independently. This included guidance on best practice, content updates, and how to maintain quality and consistency as the site grows.

R3 was also asked to create a range of supporting assets, including business cards and branded merch where umbrellas were selected as the most appropriate and aligned to target client needs. While straightforward in execution, these projects benefited from the same considered approach, ensuring brand consistency and quality across every output.

Impact

Together, the work has provided Provident with a stronger, more confident presence across key touch points. The website now reflects the scale and professionalism of the business, while providing a flexible platform that supports ongoing growth and content development.
