Website Development

GSP Designer Kitchens & Bathrooms is a family-owned business that delivers kitchen and bathroom renovations across Greater Sydney, the Central Coast, Southern Highlands and Wollongong. Since 2003, the business has built a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship and value, earning trust through consistent delivery rather than hype. While their reputation was strong, their brand and digital presence no longer reflected the quality, scale or professionalism of the work being delivered and so R3 was engaged to assist with a refresh of the business.

The opportunity

GSP’s existing brand relied heavily on a narrow visual language that felt dated and restrictive. While functional, it did little to differentiate the business or support appeal to a broader audience. The challenge was to elevate the brand and website without repositioning GSP as overly premium or exclusive. Affordability and approachability remained core to the business, therfore the refresh needed to reflect quality and craftsmanship, while still feeling accessible and grounded. Alongside the brand update, GSP also needed a website that could better showcase recent projects, support content through blogs and updates, and provide a stronger foundation for digital marketing activity.

The approach

R3 worked closely and collaboratively with the GSP team to deliver the program of work. The approach was twofold: to first modernise the brand in a way that felt fresh, yet second, to do so in a way that didn't decouple the brand from the existing reputation GSP had built over years of service.

Delivery and implementation

R3 first delivered a brand refresh. The new logo made use of joinery as a visual concept, a subtle nod to the core services of the business as well the quality and workmanship involved. The brand refresh also introduced a warmer, more contemporary visual look through a refined colour palette and updated typography. The result was a look and feel that conveyed professionalism and experience without pushing GSP into a space that felt misaligned with their market.

R3 also built a new website, which was designed to act as a practical credibility platform. Project showcases, testimonials and editorial content were given greater prominence, allowing prospective clients to see the quality of work and depth of experience clearly. The structure and design of the site prioritised usability and visual impact, ensuring the site worked as both an introduction to the business and a support tool for ongoing marketing.

To further support digital activity beyond the website, R3 also developed a suite of branded social media templates. These assets made it easier for the GSP team to maintain consistency across organic and paid campaigns, reinforcing brand recognition as their online presence grew.

The refreshed brand and website were delivered as a cohesive system, designed to work across digital channels and day-to-day business needs.

Impact

GSP now has a modernised brand and digital presence that better reflects the quality and reliability of their work. The refreshed identity supports broader appeal, while the website provides a stronger platform to showcase projects, build trust and support marketing activity.

For R3, the project demonstrates the value of measured brand evolution to help establish businesses modernise with confidence, clarity and respect for what has already been built.
